Digital printing is core to lazarsigns and key to succesful print reproductions is the large format Roland digital printer.With its high resolution and high speed output one can create large billboards in vivid colour and amazing photo realistic detail in a short time. This allows for shorter manufacturing periods and for a quicker deliveries of the final product to the client. Many satisfied clients will confirm that the quality of workmanship and print quality is of an exceptionally high standard.

With this amazing printer products from posters printed on photo quality paper to vinyl signs for indoors and outdoors made in any size specified and to labels can be created in high quality and in large volume. Labels are printed and then cut out automatically ranging in size from one centimeter in area for minature product labels to large multishaped images used for specialised applications. Large display banners can also be created by printing directly or indirectly on to special canvass type materials.

Vinyl digital prints are used in many applications such as billboards, sign boards, vehicle display graphics, illuminated signs, backlit signs.

The outdoor life span of signs printed with the ECO SOL MAX inks from Roland is around three years without having to laminate.

 

Vinyl comes in many shades of colour and has been used in the signage profession for many years before digital printing as graphic signage. precision vinyl cutters are used to cut out the letters or outlines of images so as to create vibrant displays. Today vinyl cutouts are used in combination with digital prints so as to create cost effective and spectacular graphics.

Many applications still require the precision of the vinyl cut graphic, such as templates for the screen printing profession,templates for sand blasting, creating engravings and direct lettering on to original coloured backrounds (car bodies etc.) as well as street signs, number plates etc.

A great use for the vinyl cutter is to create stained glass finishes or sand blasted effects on window glass by using special translucent vinyl cut out in the design desired and then applied on to the glass pane.

General signs:
Vinyl cut or digital prints printed on vinyl. The vinyl used is of high quality rated for outdoor conditions and is made by 3M or Avery and is rated for seven years life.The vinyl is usually stuck on to various materials such as forrex, correx, ABS plastic, perspex, glass, wood, aluminum, galvanized metal or chromadek

Shop front:
Lay out your shops window fronts either inside or on the glass itself with a graphical display of what is available inside.

 

Light boxes:
Light boxes are made of high quality aluminum with perspex fronts. they are made to the clients specifications and installed and wired by a quallified electrician.

 

 

 


3D signage:
The 3D effect can be raised lettering usually extruded acrylic or metal, acrylic or wood cut outs and mounted raised from the surface. illumination from behind provides a back light effect.

Vehicle signage and graphics:
Let your vehicle advertise your business by applying vinyl cut letters/numbers and or digitally printed vinyl either directly on to the vehicle or on to a magnetic backing which can be moved to different vehicles as needed. Body wraps can be performed as well.

Banners: stretched or eyelets
Banners are made of a reinforced vinyl that can withstand windy conditions. The banner can be printed directly by the printer or have vinyl cut letters with digitally printed vinyl applied together for effect. eyelets are supplied or the banner can be stretched over a frame.

Shop fitting:
We are currently fitting out a major retail chain's shops by painting the interior/exterior and laying out all the interior/exterior signage.

Roll up banners:
The printed banner is mounted on a portable display system which enables one to pull the banner out of the roll up box and display your product at a moments notice.

Satin silk polyester:
Used for teardrop display banners. Sign quality polyester is only used so as to survive the harsh climatic conditions.
